On Smartway Pharmacy's product list

We have no product list for this pharmacy yet. Search for your product above to see whether anyone has reported it in stock here.

1. Search

Find the exact product on your prescription.

2. Compare

See where patients have recently reported it in or out of stock.

3. Ask your clinic

Get a ready-written email asking them to send your prescription to the pharmacy you choose.

We count how often the report and email buttons are used, by clinic, pharmacy and product, without recording who used them. See our privacy policy.

How this works

  1. Search for the product by the name on your prescription or by its strain, and choose it from the list.
  2. Every pharmacy in the directory is then shown in one of four states: reported in stock, reported out of stock, on the pharmacy's product list, or nothing reported. Pharmacies we know nothing about for that product are folded away until you ask for them.
  3. Choose your clinic and the page writes an email asking it to send your prescription to the pharmacy you pick. The email opens in your own email app. We never see it.
  4. If you get your prescription filled, or are told it is out of stock, the buttons on each pharmacy let you tell the next patient.

What the stock lines mean

A stock report comes from a patient, or from the pharmacy where the line says so, and counts for 14 days. Reports from patients are not verified.

"On the product list" means the pharmacy lists the product. It does not mean the product is on the shelf today.

A price is what a patient reported paying, shown with the date. Pharmacies set their own prices and change them.

"Nothing reported" does not mean a pharmacy cannot supply the product. It means nobody has told us either way.

Common questions

Is a stock report a guarantee?
No. Always confirm with the pharmacy before you ask your clinic to send a prescription there.
Can a prescription that has already been sent be moved to another pharmacy?
A paper prescription already sent to one pharmacy cannot be redirected. Your request then applies to your next prescription, so send it on the day of your consultation or repeat request.
Do I need an account to use the stock finder?
No. Searching and reporting stock need no account.
What if nowhere has my product?
The product's page lists similar products, and the guide "If your pharmacy cannot supply your medicine" sets out what to do. Any change of product is a decision for your prescriber.
