This tool compares fees only. It cannot tell you whether you are eligible for treatment; a specialist doctor at the clinic decides that. Fees exclude the cost of medication and were last checked in March 2026, so confirm them with the clinic.

How this works

  1. Each row is one price plan: one way of paying at one clinic. A clinic that offers pay as you go and a subscription appears once for each.
  2. Your answers remove the plans that do not match. What is left is ordered by the lowest clinic fees for the first year, and plans with no first-year figure on record go last.
  3. Open a clinic to see all of its plans, its CQC rating and the pharmacy it works with, or go straight to the clinic's own website. A link marked Sponsored is a referral link; payment never changes the order.

What the figures mean

"First year from" is the least you could pay that clinic in clinic fees in a first year on that plan, worked out from the clinic's price list as recorded here.

Medication is not included in any figure on this page. Use the cost calculator to add it.

Clinics change their fees. Each clinic's page shows when its fee record last changed, so confirm the price with the clinic before you pay.

Common questions

Does this tell me whether I can get a medical cannabis prescription?
No. It compares clinic fees only. Whether a prescription is right for you is decided by a specialist doctor at the clinic.
Why does the same clinic appear more than once?
Because it has more than one way to pay. Each plan has its own fees, so each is listed and priced on its own.
Why does a plan say "Not listed"?
We hold no first-year figure for that plan. It is shown so the list is complete, and it is placed after the plans that do have a figure.
Is the cheapest clinic the best one for me?
Not necessarily. Price is one thing to weigh alongside how you consult, the clinic's CQC rating and which pharmacy it sends prescriptions to. Each clinic's page shows these.
